Shipping: · “Curbside Delivery” provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. (THIS WILL NOT APPLY TO LOCAL DELIVERIES- FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES DRIVER WILL BRING YOUR ITEMS IN TO YOUR HOUSE). Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Customer must provide a shipping address that is free of spatial obstructions (low hanging trees, power, or just insufficient space in general). If delivery cannot be made to the shipping address because of spatial restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for modification of the original shipping information (location, type of truck required, etc.). Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.
It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
Record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.
If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt.
If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-310 -584 9555 for further instructions on how to process your return. If there was an error on our part, please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our Customer Care hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST) Saturday and Sunday.

All of our items are brand new and in new condition when shipped. We strive to make returns as hassle free as possible, and fully cooperate with the customer and shipping company during the course of a return. Please see our policies below.
Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policies:


Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled at any point prior to shipment
In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 days
Out of stock items and custom orders are subject to longer lead times

A 15% Production Fee will be incurred by the customer if order is canceled. The customer has up to 24 hours from the time he/she places the order to cancel their order before the cancellation fee is implemented.

We must implement this policy due to the large amounts of custom orders
An 85% refund will be given immediately


Return Policy:

 

Once item is delivered, we offer a 10 day money back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her item
Buyer does pay a 15% restocking fee and pays for shipping the item back to us


Damages:


Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill and then inspect the inside before the driver leaves the premises. If the item is damaged you must refuse it and send it back with the driver. Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged.
Please contact us immediately in this situation.
A complete refund and or exchange will be given to the customer
Customer will not be responsible for payment of shipping item back to us or any other fees associated with a damage return

Please note: Our leather and fabric color charts may appear to look different on varying computer screens depending on resolution, brightness, etc. The colors we offer are portrayed as accurately as possible. Please feel free to ask us for color samples in order to fully assess your color choices. For example, if you order an item in Chocolate Brown leather and you receive the item in Chocolate Brown leather, we can not provide a full refund because that is in fact what was ordered and shipped. The customer does although have the option to return it with a 15% restocking fee and customer does pay to have the item shipped back to us. If the order was placed for Chocolate Brown leather, and you received Cowboy Brown leather, we would go ahead and issue a full refund and pay to have the item shipped back to us if the customer does not want it. This never happens but we want to state our return policy in order to provide full customer satisfaction and hassle free returns.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will be handled immediately once the issue is resolved
We will disclose all fees, and exact amount being refunded and why, prior to a refund
We will refund the buyer in the same manner that the payment was received
